I am implying that it makes no sense to broadcast a RS at the end of the day with an early morning PR. It is just common sense to understand how the volume and share price would react. Hard to believe they did not know something that we don't. The play is not over yet My belief is they will force PPHMD down before someone steps in to grab more retail shares. There is no equal playing field here. IMHO
