Biggest thing here is the CEO. Not only Roman but David Davidovich trusts him, which is 2 billionaires. I believe its been a long wait, but things are finally getting put together in 2017 here. Would not surprise me at all to see news flow start with some oilfield acquisitions, plus partnerships with Jardineoil and others announced.
