ENDV may go up but not for the foreseeable future. Only place for it to go is down. Maybe you should ask Mann why they waited until 3 days before the end of the quarter to release a "note to shareholders", lol, telling them there will be no 15 million investment to up-list and to pay off all convertible debt, as well as asking him the same for not up-listing by the second quarter as PR'd. They had ample time to do it well before the end of Q2.
The only "good will" ENDV had was their credibility and they failed miserably in that department which is why the SP is in the sad state it's in.
