The Company does not now, and has never owned any patents. A search of the U.S. patent Office website shows no patents for the Company, EVER.
You do realize that in 2013 the CEO/sole inventor died, and in 2014 the widow/ Director and owner of 70% voting shares reinstated the Company for the single purpose of properly dissolving the company in 2015, sold all its assets at liquidation auction, and sold the building?!. Also it has nothing to do with DME. They are out of business. No product, no services. no patents, no licenses no royalties. And wasn't that "offering" about 20 years ago? What's the relevance since the company is now out of business?!

It is a clean shell - - - nothing more.
