FA you are safe, I owned this Pre FS so I got screwed and did not have a chance to buy it in the AM. Therefore it will go to the moon. Had I not been working and saw it I would of bought LOL

well, it seems that the R/S was done properly with NASDAQ, it was posted on the dailylist on the 11th.. no PR accompanied it, but brokers will not let folks who somehow sold this AM out of their obligations on that omission.. They will claim one is responsible for the trades they initiate. have seen them say this enough times.
