in my experience, the plays where the screwup is on the retail side, they don't halt it....because no MM is getting hurt... like GLKC and PAIV..

Screwups where it was on the MM/broker/company side.. GVRP, BCIT, PAVC - the trading gets either actually suspended for a time, or the brokers just won't trade it...


AWYB seems to fall into the former group, so should be good to go.

It depends whether the MMs are short. If they are not then you can bet the investor(s) that are short will get screwed and the stock will run to the moon. If it is the big names on Wall Street that are short you can bet the investors will get screwed by the SEC causing the stock to not trade.

Case in point, GVRP.

An entire company sold 12,500 times and the float 138,000 times and those who owned the shares got screwed, by the SEC
