Approximately 54 minutes in, there is an english speaking speaker. Maybe you can determine his name? He was introduced, but hard to make out the name. Maybe this is the Frank gentleman, he sounded European. He talked about the company going to the US stock exchange.

I took a deeper look into the video. This video may not be the one from the June 24th conference. I noticed many guests had winter coats on, when it is quite warm in Nanning. Plus the stage looks different from the pictures released by the media. This appears to have been another conference.
