That all looks great but it doesn't make DOLV a Car Manufacturer. I bought into a Battery Company back in March. As far as reality we are still a battery manufacturer and partnering with vehicle manufacturers. 2 million infused into DOLV by DW is not enough to manufacture 50 cars or manufacture a 100,000 bus order. 2 million may be enough to move forward... pay RO, Attorney's, purchase supplies ex. Lithium to make batteries.
