SEC DOES NOT IGNORE SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS ON COMPANIES; THEY INVESTIGATE THE ALLEGATIONS TO MAKE A DETERMINATION IF THE COMPANY DOING FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES!!! THAT IS WHAT THEY DO AND OBVIOUSLY THEY DID NOT FIND AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY BY ERBB BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HALT ERBB TRADING!!!

HILARIOUS 2 OF 2: SEC DOES INDEED INFORM EVERYONE IMMEDIATELY THEY HALT TRADING WHEN THEY FIND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY OF A COMPANY AND ERBB HAS NEVER BEEN HALTED!!!

The sec is not in the habit of informing retail investors unless there's a trading suspension or delisting
