Add 20M OS and you are correct.. it happened May 22nd and that is most likely the swan song for Ray. So the OS is maxed out. There is no relentless dilution or conversions. The restricted has not changed at all.

There is no room now and Kate has stated that she will not raise the AS... perhaps it is time she states that publicly... will work on that.

[Almost A Myth]

I knew the 307M float number couldn't have been correct. The trading would be way more volatile and PPS would be higher.

I remember these actual numbers posted a couple/few months ago and thinking the stock trades the way I'd expect it to with those numbers. Not too thin, not too fat.

So we are locked up tight. No shares to even give note holders.

USAID approval PR sends us screaming north. Buckle up!
