Mat resides somewhere in a mental institution with a computer.that when they are not so medicated they let the residents play on it..so he has to post his dribblings before it is time for his meds again..then they come and take him to his room and feed him his soup and jello and they bed him down for the night..Until he gets another chance to post again..And they always make sure he has his depends on just in case he wets himself..goodnight mat..sleep tight..See you again when your meds wear off..
