Sammy, we're saying the same thing. You said OTCBB's cannot be halted. That is not correct. Section 6545 indicates that in certain circumstances they can.

I also stated that this MAY NOT apply to CSHD, which I do not believe it does. I think we both agree that CSHD does not apply under the rules defined.
