The person listed as Registered Agent, which is Kate at this time, must be physicality present. Yes, for $49 a year Kate could list a registered agent service, but she has chosen not to do this. Instead she has listed an address for a house she sold months ago and nobody at that address has any connection to GEGI. The most logical thing would be to hire a registered agent service and update NVSOS accordingly. I am not sure why Kate hasn't implemented this simple fix. It is undisputed that the address as currently listed is incorrect.

Thank you Jim! I hope that clears the confusion regarding the address NON-ISSUE! I assumed it was just an oversight waiting to be updated but according to the rules you posted from NVSOS the registered agent doesn't physically have to be present at the address, and if there is an agreement in place for documents to be forwarded to Kate by the new owner THE ADDRESS DOESN'T NEED TO BE UPDATED!
