lol. They're not qualified for Nasdaq. Not even close. Yes, Nasdaq stocks can be halted by the company for various reasons, but OTCBB and Pinksheets stocks can't. Rufus realized this after reading the posts on this board, hence his "it may not be necessary to halt the stock..." comment.
Yes I think this is what will propel the stock after the merger is complete. I think the reset will have to take place before they can announce NASDAQ listing. The price will have to maintain above $5 for a period of about 1mth I believe.
