I feel tomorrow the day, has it written all over last pr. Soon Billion dollar company will be annouced.

I think we can conclude that is the last bit of info required for completion. If not, it would be risky for them to set a date like that. ADP has obviously said they will have NOBO list by then ( or maybe sooner ? )

No they have a new auditor, I very much doubt he will just start from the point where the last one ended, if he is any good he will start over , because he is putting his name on the audit after all.
