You're not learning - don't you remember that's what got you into trouble with your other theories? Don't assume more than you've been told - listen, don't assume:
1. It wasn't a private placement
2. I never said I paid $130,000 (I just said my cb was .1333)
3. Transaction didn't require a filing
4. I made a large open market purchase at the end of May that added to my position substantially
5. The entire syndication was offered over many months
6. My net position is 980,000 shares, but I was long much, much less back in January
7. If you call tg, I'm sure you could make a similar deal under the same terms
8. I only upped the ante on my investment because I was made certain representations by management through my FA that now seem not only way off target, but downright fraudulent
Gary, don't patronize me. I gave you good info. that you would not have otherwise. I only made the disclosure because your wacko conspiracy theories (that you irresponsibly stuck to with no proof and spread all over RB and here) were being believed by too many people. You are as unapologetic for your BS as Rosie & OB, and take no responsibility for what you write on these threads. I wouldn't care, but it seems you have more than a few people who think you know what you are talking about. That is a shame.
