Yes Emptyhead, they need to be shut down and integrity reined in all across US securities markets and brokerages alike!!!
What's the purpose to have rules, regs and requirements by a supposed licensed ethical securities industry and participants, if THEY are the ones who are breeching these ethics rules and colluding with others to abuse those for personal profit...???
Why myself and many others have written this President as well as SEC and exchanges to make heavy changes for the good of all- NOT just a few who are abusing entire system like this...
