The Last time something like this happen to an Investment that I held
was HOGS, a Chinese Meat packing company.
They drove it into the ground, then took it Private.
If they would have run it the right way I stood to make 10s of thousands of Dollars, instead I made a few thousand.

totaly agree. We need dividend, instead of investing in those companies.
