No, that's not what dilution is. In Reality, it's when the number of shares outstanding increases, each shareholder owns a smaller, or diluted, percentage of the company.

That makes each share less valuable - for the shareholder that's not a good thing.

For CNXS alone, they've added +1700% to their SS in less than 6 months. Still not a positive occurrence.

NO cnxs dilution damage control is neccessary. Imo
