I don't think we are waiting for SEC approval. The SEC usually doesn't take more than 2 weeks to review an application. We are probably waiting for HK registration to be completed.
Empty, after 7-8 years of patience I am kind of tired.... "Hi all shareholders, we are waiting for a decision from SEC, they have got all the answers, so it is all about time now!" If they are in contact with anyone interested in the pre-IPO they must be able to get someone to buy some shares at this level?
Emptyone, I don't think we should expect to see a new management team until the pre-IPO is finalized. Most likely they can offer a board seat to a serious investors and they can probably "ask" for a premium to participate in the offering to get a seat.
