I have been following the Stock
For almost 7 years now. It's been the same story every time. Management tells us their future plans, and then they do not make it come trough.
Always plans that changes, that is not because of problems showing up all of a sudden. Can not be every time that something happens from a clear blue sky. I have been around far to long to believe this. It's clear that management changes position when it's suits their purpose. They just tell us what they think would keep us calm. But nothing happens, only a lot of talk. They know we are concerned, but still the company do not tell us what's holding things back. In all this time, things should have been in place. Something is wrong big way.

Looked back on my notes on the conference call transcript from June 9th and Dan simply stated they are "working with the SEC and our attorneys to make the records of filings necessary to carry up the dividend distribution. Thus the time frame to announce the spin off distribution is predicated on the SEC having competed to review and granting approval for us to proceed. To date (as of June 9th) the amount of time spent to where we are at this stage stands with a normal range of time required So once we receive response back from the SEC, we will know the next step that would need to be incorporated and that obviously will be made public and we will be able to move forward from there".

Whether we are still in the normal range for SEC approval, I do not know but my experience with government bureaucrats is that they move at their own pace and there is not much you can do about it. So as frustrating as the price decline is, I am in taking advantage of it.

May be so snow but we know of mismanagement and decades of unability to present any return on equity and total failure to summon a roic for the owners, sometimes you just got to Face it when management have absolute none what so ever intension to share any at all profit whith the small part owners. It is a long evil joke this so called operation. What they havnt been able to get any where near for a decade, how on earth do you think they will in The next decade? :-)
