Stolpen, according to the last proxy, Dan had over 161,000 shares and if I recall he purchase 150,000 of those with his own money at price far in excess of today's price, so I will give him credit that he has significant skin in the game, far more than some of these charlatans like Yap.
Apart from the money he has already lost perhaps over $2M from the highs and he still stands to lose, you have to consider his opportunity cost. He is about 50 and SIAF is perhaps his last opportunity to get really rich.
