design, no I think they put big blocks at the ask (above the current price) to scare people into selling so they can scoop up shares without driving up the sp. They did it the opposite way when we were at high levels ($2-$3+) if you remember. Everyone was saying support at blabla and then we crashed right thru it everytime.
design...simply put..... ask means someone want to sell at that price. bid means someone wants to buy at that price.
250k on the ask at .60 means somebody wants to dump them at that price....unless the market maker is playing tricks ....but we know that doesn't happen right? Uh huh.
