Looking at Q4 2016 and Q1 2017 Company is reducing general expenses and decreasing cost of revenues and increasing constantly revenue, sohrty TURNING PROFITABLE, becoming excellent candidate for J.Elliash new CFO make them the best candidate for aquisition
Company Value 100M$ 6.5$ PPS

Alex, I did not know that. TMPS had a legitimate $100 mil buyout offer in 2015. Since then, their revenues have continued to grow and OS has remained low. Only rising a few million shares from 8.8 mil shs to currently 14 mil shs. So, apples to apples comparison, that puts TMPS current valuation at $7.00+ That explains Johan's motivation to buy a big chunk of TMPS. He see's value and opportunity to turn around Tempus ... which he had previous done at Head company.
