To me it's pixelated due to the camera being focused to the background. Not sure what significance the paper and the date have anyway.

Ok, just to once again refute what you have to say, as you provide no proof for your allegations, here are links to the image in question post forensic analysis for error level differences and histogram anomaly. I have also included a photoshopped photo in the analysis so you can see what a positive looks like. This is irrefutable evidence that these are real photos and the advertising on the train is real. Again scams do not have train lines named after them.

Not to mention everyone here must drive a Ford or Chevy because you don't have to be Columbo to see these are re-badge Hyundai Santa Fe suvs. Some here say this company is the new Tesla but Telsa makes their own cars DOLV is suppose to be making batteries but the proof is re-badge cars with no under the hood shots of their system installed?

Re. Mr. Delladonna, the outside accountant ...

It was a "one year" suspension for this 62 year accountant (he's now 70)
It occurred in 2009. The suspension ended in 2010. Why is that relevant today?
https://pcaobus.org/Enforcement/Decisions/Documents/06-16-DellaDonna.pdf

FYI ...

He was a sole proprietor CPA. Do you really think sole proprietor's
are able to/or care to keep up to date on all the "nuisance" compliance requirements
of being a CPA? It's a big, time-consuming task (I know I'm a retired CPA).

Dwayne, the reality is small proprietors are not perfect and put more
time into generating revenue from clients, than external compliance oversight. That's the real world.
