"A good cyber product will have orders lined up"... IF they weren't just added to the SEWP a few weeks ago. These things take time when government purchasing is involved. It's not like going to Walmart and buying a software box off the shelf. The government will likely have many forms and many people to go through for a purchase from BVTK or anyone else.
