It was not until I was brought back to the stock by Smouch and NBOP that the 10K was even discussed really and the information within. No one is reading the filings. That is not typical. Only thing that matters is the stock price.
But one day people will learn to read the filings because they directly affect the stock price.
Nothing illegal just simple capital being gotten for the operation. The rest is in the filings.
