It is very hard to see what is being presented when there is money involved. The ORRV story is familiar in the land of stinky pinky.
For me the first red flags were McCusker's DUIs(2 I believe could be more). Not that McCusker can't turn himself around but the DUIs are recent so he has miles to go.
Also the "drunk tweets", that is what they looked like to me, weren't helpful. The many tweets and deletes weren't good either. It shows a person devoid of professionalism. Not a good sign for a CEO of a "$25M company".
Add in the latest lawsuits and it spells trouble.
Yes, I am leaving out all the "mistakes".
Just those two things leave me wondering... what the heck is going no... Answer.. Nothing good.
