That's just plain wrong... PDGO is STILL responsible for wells pugging's, cleanup, penalties and reimbursements to Texas and Louisiana for any wells in their inventory.
Theses wells are ALL currently still Paradigms responsibility.
Paradigm P-5 is delinquent and has been for years. There is NO oil production of any kind and ALL the leases have more than likely expired of their own accord from lack of that production. And ALL are severad. There are also many Texas TRRC and Louisiana regulatory issues outstanding that include fines, fees and reimbursement for wells plugged by the State of Texas. There is nothing of value and to the contrary nothing but liabilities.
