Again, the Lattuca v. GEGI case gives great DD.

In filing 646 in the lawsuit, the address Kate lists for herself as registered agent is discussed. In the affidavit from the process server it states:

"attempted service on 4/13/17 at 1:46 p.m. and 7:13 p.m. There was no answer on either attempt. I searched the Washoe County Assessor's property records and noted that the Registered Agent Katharina Bahnsen, sold this home to Robert Newton on March 2, 2017."

Why is Kate giving bum addresses? Too many lawsuits and she wants to avoid more. Truly amazing and even more amazing that no one cares if the addresses are made up. What else is made up?
