Applying the above saying to both our investing styles of late, you ain't no fool, and I ain't no angel. <G>
That being said, I think recovery won't be seen until the end of the year. This stuff is still filtering down through the economy.
Two months ago, my business landlord couldn't believe that business could be all that bad. Now, he sure does, while running around with that scared look in his eyes.
When a landlord has trouble collecting rents or signing new leases, you know the bottom is approaching. Pinpointing the exact bottom is the dickens.
Even many of the big businesses are shrugging their shoulders having never seen anything like this before. They're dumbfounded as to how and predict their own businesses future, and you all expect that you can? LOL
