EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Amendment No. 3 to Form 10-12G (this “Second Amendment”) amends the Form 10-12G filing, originally filed on April 21, 2017 (the “Original Filing”), the Form 10-12G (Amendment No. 1) filed on May 26, 2017 (“Amendment No. 1”) and the Form 10-12G (Amendment No. 2) filed on June 16, 2017 (“Amendment No. 3”) by The Chron Organization, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We are filing this Amendment No. 3 to (i) correct a scrivener error in Note 2 to the financial statements included in Amendment No. 2 and (ii) include in Note 2 to such financial statements, disclosure regarding adoption of ASU No. 2014-15, Presentation of Financial Statements—Going Concern (Subtopic 205-40). This Amendment No. 3 supplements and clarifies the information set forth in the Original Filing, Amendment No. 1 and Amendment No. 2. The Original Filing continues to speak as of the date of the Original Filing, except as indicated herein.
