Yes we're holding here in AURC like that bank is holding their reserves, 2C, but that doesn't mean we don't temporarily feel stuck here when PPs is at the current level and we can't get a single word from the company to even help us approach TIFMV. (True Intrinsic Fair Market Value, as you call it)

This gold pullback will be temporary in the long term, as many who study the field believe that overall, gold will hold above historical averages.

Article today in the L.A. Times, Business Section, page 4: Commodities Boom Driving Mining Companies Acquisition Fever, by Rebecca Bream.

Last two paragraphs:

"The mining takeover rush is unlikely to end in the next 12 months. Although some industry watchers worry that metal prices, especially copper and nickel, have peaked, the more bullish executives and investors argue that the mining industry has entered a 'super cycle'.

They say this is a multi-decade period of higher metal prices, driven primarily by China and India, and, although commodity prices might come down from the current peaks, they will remain above historical averages".
