IMO there is clearly a miscommunication between the co. and TA. SOMEONE has wrong numbers. In fact the TA still has the OLD bpetroleum email address on file for CEOs contact info

Increasing OS is a corporate action. No corporate actions can be done while CE is on...and CE has been on for over 7 years...

IMO it is very clear.
