Yeah that was mentioned in the initial filing! They where asked and could not provide proof of any actual services! Those 52 million shares are going back into the DOLV treasury!

Why does the company and these defendants all want shares in DOLV? Hmmmm...... multiple parties fighting for control of some "pump and dump" in the middle of the a dip.

Why would a defendant file a motion in essence to keep her shares if they were on a death spiral dip to never peak again? Lol
