Yes - it is still a guessing game for the CTS after
5 years.

This Trustee's Notice to Senior Unsecured Creditors
- in Class 3 - states that - as of April 6, 2017 - 41.8 %
of its Claim has been paid.

" After giving effect to the Twelfth Plan Distribution,
the cumulative distributions made by the Debtors
to the Trustee on behalf of the Senior Noteholders
will constitute 41.789698% of the total allowed
amount of the Senior Noteholder Claim. "
