Musical chairs in the CEO room should not affect the timing of the audited fins because Petar Vucicevich (and Shahid Khan, to the extent of his involvement in contract negotiations) had both already been closely involved in the workings of this company; in fact, it is the impression of many that Petar had been calling the shots for quite some time prior to his official acsension to the CEO "chair", if you will. This should not affect the numbers themselves. After all, it isn't the CEO who prepares the underlying financials used for the 10K.

I personally feel the 10K will be out as indicated in the CEO letter.
