Okay well maybe I'll email the local fire inspector in Palm Springs and ask them if they think there is enough reason in the photos to justify a visit to 3455 N Indian Canyon Dr Palm Springs, CA 92262-1611.
I also noticed a 5 gallon pail of Line-x sitting next to the pod in the picture which is a solvent based product that is flammable along with evidence there was spraying in the building. And the perceived public intentions to prefinish modular panels for the pods going forward. And the obvious lack of a spray booth in the picture and the fact that the roof deck is visible above also proof there is no booth enclosure.
I'll let you know what they say if I decide to bother - health is at risk for their employees so this issue should be on everyone's conscience. If they are compliant then great, one less red flag.
