Mr. Harris can't really cease and desist true statements. No CEO in their right mind would allow false information to be disseminated about their company. One of his many jobs is to protect and represent the shareholders, and in that capacity, he should have, months ago, set the record straight and directly answered questions regarding the bonds, the subsidiaries, etc. He has not done that although he apologized for the delays in this last press release. That's a good start Mr. Harris but finish the job. Why not let the moderator of this board set up a written FAQ and answer any and all questions that are not of a confidential nature? I'll give you an example:

1. Does Conversion Solutions have a deal with CEOTA?

Answer: No. (you don't have to disclose why in this Q&A forum as that may be
confidential).

2. Which subsidiaries are actually a part of Conversion Solutions?
Answer: The following companies are actually subsidiaries with valid,
completely executed agreements:
1. Company A
2. Company B

This would go along way to help existing shareholders and interested shareholders to understand EXACTLY what they are getting into. It's really not that hard and eliminates the appearance of ego game playing.
