OORV is the default of ORRV. They are merging with the shell of ORRV, in which was original OORV.

There is no error on that paperwork. Look it up yourself my friend!

The only error that was made was by the attorney at the time that stated 'the company forgot to put an S' on the paperwork. Attorneys are out there for your money, that's why they want another grand to put the S on the filing to complete. They want every last penny they can get.

You'll be missing the ride up to say the least. GL to you!

I'm with you on that perspective, it smelled like a rat at first for me too. I think it's the only thing that kept it down this long!

But the stink starts to go away once you put it all together, so for me I'm taking a shot at it.

The upside is good but risky just like any other OTC stock! Can't win if you don't play.

Totally unprofessional and if that is how the company is being run, not sure I want in.

The "comedy of errors" has been non-stop with McCusker. Only thing is, it isn't funny. As you point out, very unprofessional.

The mistakes have been explained in the past, in depth, but a quick review is this

OORV - was a screw up by TRACY when he did the paperwork. He should have putt ORRV .... so they had to do paperwork to clean that up... invented another company...

The Holding (no S) and Holdings (with S) has been a real joke. McCusker might have changed it now but if you look on the his site, he refers to HOLDING (no S).. Also notice the Twitter account... HOLDING...no S.

In 2011, McCusker had held the name McCusker HOLDING (no S) with Texas SOS... but never did anything with it. I thought that was odd.

And of course there is a McCusker Holding, in Default, in NV SOS.

There are MANY posts that explain this joke called ORRV.

What was really fun, a few months ago, was when McCusker would tweet when he was drunk... HOPE he was drunk because what he tweeted made NO sense..... I would hate to think it was McCusker in top form.
