I didn't want to post that part because any mention of the BoD and especially voting by the BoD sends me into a fit of laughter. Gee -- Leo thinks the BoD would vote with him? Ya don't say. Regardless, as has been overlooked, I wrote the possibility of a R/S was remote. Therefore I focused on the circumstances by which Leo might consider one.
