There does seem to be evidence of 'some' dilution because they are (imo) the only ones dumb enough to sell on or below a bid at 22 when ask is 25. I don't think it's extreme because stock holds up well under pressure. I agree it does get annoying and very boring watching a stock tread water when this is happening. I prefer a roller coaster ride myself.
