A little DD and it's easy to figure out.

A ton of negativity to try and shake people loose of some shares, don't cave in and you will bank some $ real soon!

"AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER
THIS AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER (“Agreement”), is entered into
effective as of February 17, 2017 by and among Oceanic Research & Recovery, Inc., a Nevada
corporation (“ORRV”), OORV Acquisition, Inc., a Nevada corporation and a wholly-owned
subsidiary of ORRV (the “OORV Subsidiary”), and McCusker Holding Corp., an entity
organized under the laws of the State of Texas (the “Company”), and the shareholders listed in
Exhibit A, who are the holders of at least a majority in interest of the issued and outstanding capital
stock of the Company (the “Company Shareholders”).
WHEREAS, ORRV, through the OORV Subsidiary, desires to acquire all of the shares of

So why do the documents submitted to Nevada SOS that are linked to in the top sticky - why do they show the company name as OORV?

That would be OORV Acquisition, an entity created for purposes of the reverse merger. It was originally supposed to be called ORRV Acquisition, naturally, but Tracy screwed it up when he incorporated it in Nevada back in February.

Evidently he and McCusker decided just to stay with the name, since it would cease to exist once the merger was complete.

They then went on to screw up yet more things.
