EH - It's the damndest thing isn't it? The entire issue revolves around how many more shares will be dumped. Without a RS, will that number be 100 million? 150 million? What would the pps be with that OS? There in lies the risk to anyone buying shares.
Until the next RS takes place or, who knows, GE starts buying shares it all seems like a roll of the dice.
