Eltron R&D is an impressive company. >>THEY<< have apparently engineered a new and improved generator to create a common cleaning solution (peracetic acid) which is readily available and widely used in all sorts of industries.

According to BLDV's earlier PR, Eltron has apparently agreed to a licensing deal with "Cannabis-Clean" to use this generator device IN COLORADO (NOT Michigan, NOT Canada, NOT anywhere else) to clean MJ operations. Apparently means Cannabis-Clean may no longer have to buy their peracetic acid elsewhere and transport it to the various locations they clean.

That's it.

The whole deal apparently consists of Cannabis-Clean paying Eltron to use their device in order to save some undisclosed costs on their cleaning solution.

Now all one has to do is calculate (a) the amount of revenue Cannabis-Clean generates compared to the 10-15 other BLDV ventures claims to have then (b) adjust it to allow for any savings this Eltron generator might provide. Only then will people have an idea of how this partnership might potentially benefit BLDV's bottom line. IMO..not that much.

There's no evidence whatsoever that Eltron R&D will finance all or part of the $12 million BLDV has stated it needs to raise.
