Thanks for this, 'candia.' Here is my favorite part of that article:

I love the words "speeding up," since it seems like we are moving so slowly, although KBLB has recieved the certificate. Nonetheless, the more articles, the better. Spread the word....

Good find. The 9/1/2017 article in the same journal is a good read as well. These two articles begin to Chronicle the slow steady progress and cooperation between Kraig Labs and Quang nam province. Very encouraging.
