The point is MM don't know if these companies have or don't have shares. All their trading is automated and follows an algorithm. I.E. they take into account volume compared to ave daily volume, factor in price action, orders, etc. obviously much more complex but these programs don't even know what the companies theyre trading actually do. There are literally thousands of otc companies and if you trade enough and watch these stocks they all follow a similar pattern.

Are you watching level 2 and how this is trading? When there is dilution you usually will see one of the dilutive MM, such as VDNM, VFIN. BMIC and CANT usually show up when conversions are being sold. All the MM so far have been retai. CDEL, NITE, ETRF. These are also the MM that tend to naked short as they hold shares since most retail buying is routed through these MM.

Now if there was a MM naked selling shares in cahoots with the company, it would be one of the MM that deal specifically with selling corporate shares, not these retail MM's. Of course, again, that would be illegal. Naked shorting because the companies wants to hide it from traders. Stock Manipulation, which on a routine FINRA check would be blatantly obvious.

If you were around when Awesome Penny Stocks was around you would know how illegal this was. There were a few boutique MM that were in on those scams and they got in serious trouble for it. If you do some research you would find out what exactly was happening and how illegal what you are suggesting maybe happening here is.

To basically sum it up, it is proposterous to think that Citadel Securities, E*TRADE, Knight (don't know if they still are Knute) would partake in what you are claiming for a few thousand dollars. If the company wanted to dilute, they could just dilute. There would be no reason to do something illegal when they don't need to.

Anyway. Have a good night. We could go back and forth. I can't justify wasting any more time on this. If they are doing what you say, I am screwed and will lose probably $4k. That would suck, but I will make it back on the next. If I am right, I will make some money. Time will tell.
