With the discrepancy in public float, and accounting of shareholders, do the CSHD shareholders hold legitimate shares and may count on this asset, or was the legitimate float purchased in its entirety when trading as FHAL?

So you are confirming that you do have the bonds in your possession, along with the full consent of Mr. Canady, and the Humanitarian Science and World Foundation, to use these funds as described in your previous public statements and SEC filings?

[edit] Further, you confirm that Mr. Canady does not have the legal authority to deny you access to the financing you secured from him, as it would be a violation of Federal Securities Laws?

Are these statements both correct, and personally verified by you on behalf of FHAL and CSHD?

It would be Securities Fraud to even try and not deliver on a contract filed with the SEC that includes a Global Security as such is involved.

You would have to go to FEDERAL Court to get it back.
