XTRN was a shell company from June 1st on. That much was apparent from the PR.

May 23rd release clearly states that XREE is buying XTRN - The company! Whether the company is not worth $20M, and PPS on XREE is going down, that is a different story.

LMFAO I HIGHLY doubt the CEO said "His concern isn't $XTRN anymore" this is a bitter moron who ever posted all this crap on FaceBook and he needs to be a man and accept his damn losses! Actually he will just lose more money filing this stupid ass law suit cause there is NOTHING illegal here!
