I also have a business in Florida registered on Sunbiz and completely agree if there is integrity and you are legit then you shouldn't have to search that hard to find it
I have my own private company too (not in Florida) and I don't have to register with something called sunbiz ... there is another website out there on a federal level (which if you have an EIN like all legit USA companies should have) but it is $1 for every search you perform ... honestly I am cheap to pay $1 for search when Google is free but where do you think I can find my information better and faster?
